5K RUN & Walk Against Violence Event

Join the Atlantic County Women's Center for a day of fun and community spirit as we move towards an end to violence against women. The 5K Walk and Run will happen on the Atlantic City Boardwalk in front of Boardwalk Hall. (Mississippi Avenue and the Boardwalk). The 5K course will head north to the Vermont Avenue turnaround and back to the finish in front of Boardwalk Hall.

Date:  Friday, October 3rd, 2008 (Raindate: October 4, 2008)

Location:  The Boardwalk in front of Boardwalk Hall, Boardwalk and Mississippi Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ

Registration Times:  8am-9am

Walk and Run Times:  9am-12pm

Cost: 

Before September 19, 2008: $20/person ($15/student)

After September 19, 2008: $25/person

The deadline for mail-in/on-line registration, for those who want a T-shirt is Friday, September 19th.  T-Shirts and water bottles will be given the day of the event.   Click here for a Pledge Form.

Event Day Registration

Registration will be available from 8-9 am on Friday, September 19th.  A limited number of shirts will be available for event day registrants at the walks.  We cannot guarantee shirts for those who do not register in advance.
