THE MISSION OF THE WOMEN'S CENTER IS TO EMPOWER WOMEN BY WORKING TO SECURE THEIR PHYSICAL SAFETY, EMOTIONAL WELL BEING, INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM, AND ECONOMIC EQUALITY.
Works to reduce the physical, psychological and emotional trauma and recurrence of domestic violence, sexual assault and incest experienced by victims and their families. All VIP services are provided at no cost, excluding the Alternatives To Violence program, which incurs a small cost.
The Home To Work (HTW) program is desigend to provide displaced homemakers with employment support tools such as resume and cover letter writing, job search assistance, and social services referrals, to better enable them to compte in the workplace more effectively.
Grow NJ Kids South Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is a program dedicated to supporting early childhood education centers enrolled in Grow NJ Kids quality ratings initiative. Our TAC will provide each center with a Technical Assistance Specialist to support them in reaching their quality improvement goals and prepare for assessment by a trained rater.
